At the Hotel Mediterráneo, we have created a gastronomic rice dish menu consisting of a starter of roast chicken croquettes, rock mussels, and Andalusian-style baby squid.
We continue with the main course, where you can choose from different types of rice dishes: mixed seafood paella, black rice with cuttlefish and aioli, “tot pelat” rice, vegetarian rice with vegetables and romesco sauce, or fideuà dels pescadors with cuttlefish.
